At Beverly Sew & Vac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings – for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to wall2000x@gmail.com or call us at (978) 927-8003 within the day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
- Partial Refunds/Restocking Fees: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, or a restocking fee may apply (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 14 days after delivery).
- Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wall2000x@gmail.com and follow the return process for the damaged item. Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will ship out a replacement.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
8. Changes to This Policy
Beverly Sew & Vac reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
